Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

This website, getdubaitours.com, is operated by Areeba Tourism LLC, a tour operator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Areeba Tourism", "we", "us"). By booking a tour or using this website you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp. Please check your date, time, number of guests and pickup location carefully and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

Some tours and attraction tickets are run by licensed partner operators. Their safety rules, age and height limits and entry conditions also apply to your booking.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates only; the AED price is the final price.

Unless your confirmation says otherwise, no advance payment is needed: you pay on the day of your experience by cash or card. For some tickets, private trips or peak dates we may ask for payment in advance; this will be made clear before you confirm.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Most tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before, and no-shows, may be charged in full. The cancellation policy shown on each tour page applies to that tour.

If you have paid in advance and cancel within the free cancellation period, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Changes and cancellations by us

Weather, sea conditions, safety concerns, government instructions or operator issues can force us to change or cancel a tour (for example, hot air balloon flights and boat trips only run in safe conditions). If we cancel, you can choose another date or receive a full refund of anything you have paid. Itineraries and stop times may change slightly on the day.

6. Pickup and timing

Please be ready at your pickup point at the time we send you. Drivers can usually wait only a few minutes. If you miss the pickup, the tour may be treated as a no-show.

7. Your responsibilities

You must follow the instructions of guides, drivers and safety staff. Some activities, such as dune bashing, balloon flights and water sports, are not suitable for pregnant guests or people with back, heart or other medical conditions. Please read the important information on each tour page and tell us about any health or mobility needs before booking.

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please dress respectfully when visiting religious or cultural sites.

8. Liability

We take care to work only with licensed guides, operators and vehicles. To the extent allowed by UAE law, we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for delays and changes caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

9. Website content

We try to keep tour descriptions, photos and prices accurate, but mistakes can happen. If a price is clearly wrong, we will contact you before your tour and you may cancel free of charge. Content on this website belongs to Areeba Tourism and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
