Yes. Visit the Burj Khalifa in the morning (a slot before 1 PM) and you will be back at your hotel in time for the safari pickup at around 3 PM.

The At the Top ticket for levels 124 and 125 in a non-prime time slot. Sunset (prime) slots and level 148 are available as upgrades.
